Yesterday was a pretty big day for everyone, I believe. I know Karen Bishop (from Emerging Earth Angels) released an email a couple of days ago saying that we're all movin' on up onto a new rung (vibrationally speaking). Here's her post:

(Thanks for the reference to her site by the way, Ariel, her material is really great :) )

I have also been experiencing intense energy surges through the crown and third eye and the heart center feels enormous.

Haha, I know what you mean about just feeling like energy. Any time I sit down to meditate, I feel like my whole consciousness is shifting around, often from side to side, which makes me feel like I'm on a boat. I can also barely walk straight as this has kind of messed with my balance.

Kundalini is just so bizarre, but I have kind of just gotten used to it...it's like how your heart is always beating, but you aren't always consciously aware of it. I'm sure it's probably the same for you.

It's good to here about your personal progress. Keep us all updated as many of us are going through similar shifts and your posts really help. :)

YES YOU WATCHED THE NINES!!! :dancing

Ariel, this sounds super-exciting. I wonder how this energy will affect the world. I wonder when I'll be ready for an awakening of such a caliber. God-as-Jonas is rooting for you anyway, God-as-Ariel :)

All I can say is I know how you feel.

It can be very dangerous to try and manage this on your own.

Good Luck!

It can. Thank goodness it's not too overwhelming and I have experienced friends in the area who can support me in this area.

Congratulations! Whatever you are doing is working (a friend referred me to your site, so I'm not familiar with your path or practices thus far).

And a warning: please be very careful with the road ahead.

Many people experience kundalini awakening as so intense it becomes a spiritual emergency. I know several people close to me who've had to visit the ER or even a psych ward when going through intense periods of spiritual transformation. You may find this resource useful if your experience becomes difficult to manage:

Many people experience difficult periods following big spiritual emergence or purging like that which you are undergoing. These are periods in which the Big Experience gets integrated into your ordinary humanness. It's always been particularly rough for me during these dark nights, but others find them mild and full of ease. I hope yours has more of the latter qualities.

I've found Daniel Ingram's book The Core Teachings of the Buddha particularly insightful with regards to Dark Night stages of the spiritual journey:

Hey Ariel, I just wanted to say that although I believe it can be helpful to learn from others' experiences on their spiritual path (both the "good" and the "bad"), I don't think that your Self/Consciousness/God would give you anything you wouldn't be able to handle. You seem to be progressing along just fine and I don't think you should worry about anything (it doesn't really look like you are, you're doing fine with all the kundalini craziness! :) ). We all have more love and support in this process than we could ever imagine.

I don't know about you, but at this point I have come to terms with the idea that pursuing spiritual growth might actually make me go crazy or lead to an earlier death. I just realized, "Oh well, if it happens it happens and I guess that's just the way the Universe intended it to be...it's all in divine order and I just have to trust in something larger than my own ego."

I like what Karen Bishop mentioned about souls agreeing to experience difficult situations to transmute the energy. I figure that if the road to the Truth is a little bit bumpy, I'm still going to get where I'm going eventually and hopefully my experiences will be benefiting the whole and helping make a smoother transition for everyone to unified Consciousness.

Thank you guys for the information regarding kundalini awakenings and all. Time to do a little reading so that this mind can be of maximum assistance if necessary. I know many of you are much more knowledgeable than me in this area, so if you have any more info about the process and whatnot, please feel free to share any links and resources you've found valuable.

John's guru offers some pretty valuable info I'm checking out now. :)

What an appropriate name, too! ;)

Cassie, thank you for your energy as well. It's so soothing and nurturing. Feels good to my soul. :p1

Whatever you're on Ariel, what ever fairy coated star sprinkled God dusted spiritual candy you are eating, what ever you are taking, I want it! :lol

"Things I think about keep manifesting. It’s getting pretty ridiculous. Not only has synchironicity been cranked way up lately, but manifestations are much more vivid and powerful. Manifestation literally doesn't take time. As time collapses, manifestation happens much more quickly."

Ariel I'd like you to go into more depth of how and or your approach or what changes, non changes, practice and or non practices you made to get to this state would be very helpful. There must be key elements too, or not. :cool Please elaborate.

Also, there is a lack of examples of what is being manifested what synchronicities are being experienced and what projects, people and work are you doing?

I get the feeling that you are experiencing our waking world, much like we experience a lucid dream at night when we allow ourselves to become awake in our dreams. That to me is utterly fascinating and I desire to hear more of this.

Now the consequence of waking in a lucid dream that people are not always aware of is, that what is going on around you is still the unconscious mind and to interact with characters and people in the dream state, you usually have to vocalize things in metaphor to them, otherwise these dream characters reactions and responses won't make sense to you.

That's because the dream elements and people are still operating in dream symbol metaphor but we are more literal as we are more literally awake! Well that's been my current experience.

It seems some comments here are cautioning you about this awakening experience. I don't see anything but positive coming from you and the experience, yet I understand that there may not be as many reference points for people to go to when this happens, but you seem to have those.

Now, I'm not into or invested in the 9/9/09 12/12/12 numerology and Myan calendar ideas as some others are. Who is to say we even have accurate dates? Nevertheless. It may seem obvious to us (less so to others) that the great paradigm shift is in motion and if a crack in reality opens uP so to speak (in the next 3 years) to a larger awareness, to a smaller or larger group, ready for this larger energy awareness experience, so be it. Bring it on!

I only choose, hope, pray and visualize that I'm receptive enough to it, and be a part of the swirling growing expanded energy awareness that's moving us uP to greater versions of the even greater visions of our growing highest Imaginings and potentials we've been working and playing toward.

It's great to hear of your expanding growing transcendental transformation experience. I'm fully with you on this, and look forward to my own, which seems slower in coming. :hrm

I do look toward this site and related material to help guide me into my own expanding larger Inner Peace and Imaginative spiritual transformative awakening. :bounce
