Some Insights Are Just For You

Have you ever felt like your creative juju was flowing and you finally “got it”? In that moment, the insights and clarity were available and the words would flow right off your tongue. It felt like you could effortlessly share these ideas with anyone.

Then when you sat down to start writing or talking about your realizations with someone else, it’s like you lost it? It’s almost as if something clicked off inside you and you can hardly put two words together.

This seems to happen at times to many different people, myself included, and when we experience this it may feel like something’s gone wrong on some level, almost as if we lost some important information and abilities.

But you know what? Sometimes those insights and gifts are just for us. They don’t need to be shared. and that’s okay.

Things are so much easier when we quit trying to control things and say how things “should be” and instead just trust the process, however it shows up.
