Hi Avani-Mehta. What a cool name!

Jarrod, exactly. It's the action of non-action, the path of no-path, the search for who you already are. In a sense, you don't really go anywhere. It's just a path to find the realization of our true nature.

I am glad you brought this up, it is something I have always agreed but found hard to express.

I find the process to better being does require action but it is action to bring end to all action.

We have a momentum that carries us through our days, propelled by every thought.

When we continually 'be' (through effort to break the habit) we reduce the momentum and then being just is.

Hi Ariel,

So true, quit trying to be in the now, because you already are. Try not to be in the past or the future.

Loved your line 'Spirituality is simply recognizing who you truly are, right here, right now. It’s being who you truly are, not who you think you are.'. Made me think 'who I am' truly.
