It is truly amazing to me how much better it makes me feel when I remind myself how "everything is happening absolutely perfectly" and that there are no mistakes. Impatience is something I've struggled with for a very long time. But when I focus on the "perfect" message, it changes everything.

Your descriptions vividly remind me of football fans watching their Sunday game on TV. I'm not a sports fan at all, so it amuses me to hear shouts of joy in unison from several houses in my neighborhood at the same time.

Ariel, your quote sums it up:

"Since we’re very excited about what is happening, we’re never wanting to be anywhere else.

When we’re never waiting for anything else, we don’t even need the idea of patience."

Aaah, if the football fans can take the same absorption in the moment of the game and extend it to all life.... :bounce

Yeah, no kidding. It may seem like there's good and bad stuff that happens to us, almost at random at times, but at a deeper level EVERYTHING that happens is the best possible thing that could happen because it's exactly what we created. It's the perfect thing to happen in that moment. Always. And to add to the goodness, being grateful to all things lets us extract the greatest possible experiences out of everything that happens. Those angels... how'd they get to be so smart? ;)

Several years ago I was taught by the angels "to be grateful for all things". I didn't really understand it at the time but I allowed it to be my daily mantra until it eventually became a part of me. When we are grateful for all things we don't really need anything other than what comes our way. What comes our way is exactly what we need at all times, always.
