My friends and practice a group or private prayer called the ‘prayer of changes’ which works on first ‘feeling’ and ‘affirming’ the desired change(s) then breathing in the desired changes ( as an already accomplished event ) then equally breathing out the present conditions ( that are to be changed. May sound complex but becomes quite natural, in complete surrender to the Divine. Very powerful and benign.

That’s amazing, Mike. Thanks for posting this. Just the other day I was wondering how exactly to pronounce ho’ oponopono.

I can see the theory about how this would work, but of course the meat and potatoes are the results. I’m definitely incorporating this into my life as well. Thank you very much.

I adapted this a bit in prayer. It seems that not only can we release our own emotions, but other people’s! For instance, if someone is ashamed, you can merge with them and release the part of you that is their shame. Humorously, the ego I have doesn’t like to do this; it literally says: “Forget about them, HEAL ME!”
