Funny that we just started talking about teleportation because scientists at the University of Maryland just teleported information between two separate atoms. It’s not teleportation of matter from “here” to “there” quite yet, but it’s yet another step in that direction!
A few of you even reported having just watched Down the Rabbit Hole recently. Thank you for your synchronicity!
If you’re not into this sort of stuff, no worries. We’ll return back to our regularly scheduled programming shortly… unless we don’t!
I am now open to receiving information about this subject from a variety of sources, from any direction. This topic is definitely pushing the limits of my current understandings. Teleportation also brings together many of my deepest passions: spirituality, astronomy, light, and God.
In addition to the Bashar video posted the other day, here’s a few other things I’ve found so far since then:
According to this channeled explanation, there are three ways to achieve teleportation. Here’s my understanding of what’s being said:
I picked up Conversations with God, Book 3 and started going back through the material presented there that was relevant to this discussion.
First, there’s a discussion regarding Highly Evolved Beings (HEBs) where Neale asks God how HEBs travel. God’s response is as follows, as quoted from page 309 of the book:
Travel as you know it in your culture does not exist in highly evolved societies. Technology has advanced far beyond the necessity of using fossil fuels to drive engines embedded in huge machines that move bodies around.
In addition to what has been provided by new physical technologies, understandings of the mind, and the very nature of physicality itself, have also advanced.
As a result of the combination of these two types of evolutionary advances, it has become possible for HEBs to disassemble and reassemble their bodies at will, allowing most beings in most highly evolved cultures to “be” wherever they choose–whenever they choose.
Sweet. Understanding the mind and the nature of physicality are two of the things we’ve been exploring to a great extent here on this blog. There’s so much more I’d like to say on this subject. In fact, last night I sat down and wrote 3 whole chapters on this subject. It just kept flowing and flowing. It’s so exciting! So deliciously effortless!
There’s also another passage in one of Neale’s books where he asks about miracles such people walking on water or jumping off a building and flying.
God responds that those miracles can only come from a place of Oneness. When you are performing an act to prove something to another, or seeing things within the context of a separate body jumping off a separate building, you are demonstrating separation and thus you will be subject to the “rules” of separation, including gravity and going splat.
From a place of Oneness, however, you see through the illusions of physical reality, realize they only exist because of belief systems, and allow yourself to see the Truth of what is and them act in alignment with who you really are, thus producing what appears to be a miracle.
Davidya left a comment on one of the earlier teleportation posts saying this:
Are you familiar with the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali? While the understanding of the technique was lost, he described over 2,000 years ago how to ‘teleport’, be in 2 places at once, fly, walk through fire or walls, knowledge of the planets, of the body, and so on. Some 54 such abilities listed.
Key is having a clear focused thought in unbounded awareness in silence. Essentially thinking from the source of thought, the quantum field.
It also requires the energy channels in various parts of the body to be clear, which is why some do these easily, some are born with it, and some get little result. As many observe, these can be barriers to higher advancement as they can enhance the sense of me.
Thanks for the pointer towards a specific person who’s already done this!
From what I’ve seen after a little time spent googling, it seems to be a result of proper cultivation of the energy in the throat and head area. Does anyone know more about Patanjali? I’ve got some of his yoga sutra books on reserve now in the library and will be looking into this more.

Sounds like your going to be flying in no-time!
Along with this fascinating subject of teleportation and other exotic techniques we are exploring here, I want to share what I believe is the prerequisite to all these things that we can do now in lucid dreaming.
In lucid dreaming you can fly, walk though walls, mirrors etc. Lucid dreaming is like the primer for what we can do in the physical waking world.
When you lucid dream you are aware that you are dreaming and are in control of the dream.
I’ve jumped off buildings, cliffs landed and walked away, it’s exhilarating to fly, go through walls etc.
Yet I do not think any lucid dreamer has ever had absolute full control of the dream but hey, flying, going through walls, jumping off skyscrapers with out fear is way cool.
Just thought I’d bring this uP as part of this discussion.
While I’m new to this site, I’m going to hazard a guess that you all are pretty well informed on what lucid dreaming is and talked about it in the past. If not, it is another very relevant topic to explore in addition to anything else.
The good news is, that lucid dreaming is not all that hard to do either. Yet like anything, it takes a little time and practice.

Ooh, great addition to the topic.
Yeah, when dreaming, we can experience possibilities that are available beyond anything the imagination typically conjures up.
It’d be interesting to explore the ideas of lucid dreaming and visualization, which boil down to basically be the same thing in a way, and see to what extent we can incorporate the vibrational shifts in our state of being experienced when dreaming and shifting our “awake” vibration to match the “dream” vibration to experience the same results.
Like you said, it makes for a wonderful primer.

Yeah, I’ve always wondered if I got lucid enough in this waking reality if I would be able to do the same things I can in lucid dreaming. I doubt it, but then again, I’m half-asleep.
I think that when you bring up the topic of teleportation most people think right away of teleporting themselves. It’s nice that you bring it up on a scientific level though, since that’s the only real way to discuss it in a post that has actual content.

I may be thinking of the book “The Door of Everything” in reference to other explanations of teleportation. I’m not sure if that’s the book I remember, though.
Your explanation 3 sounds like a movie that was released in 08. “Jumper” was based on a book, and the main character had the ability to use visualization to jump physically into any location he chose. The interesting part of the movie was the ethics, as in, “when the rules don’t apply to me, do I have to play by the rules?”
That’s the superpower I’d most like to have…jumping to any location by will alone.

Yeah, it was interesting to note that he could also teleport other people and objects as well. I forget the exact details now, but it was like his “teleportation sphere of influence” or whatever extended beyond his physical body.
In my last comment, I shared that I was watching The Rabbit Hole. Guess what is the current book that I’ve been reading for the last one week and yesterday as well? Conversations with God Book 3!!!
I haven’t got to the part about how HEBs travel yet. I’m so looking forward to reading it!! Off to visit some friends first in the afternoon!!

I could have sworn that they have already teleported a dozen atoms a couple of feet a couple of years ago.
Wow Ariel, I didn’t expect you to have time to watch movies! I have an image of you meditating all the time!
My son’s favorite line from Jumper was: “If it can move, I can jump it.”

lol… yeah, I’m a “normal person” just like you and do “normal person” stuff too.
These topics are well explained in the yogic practices. In book autobiography of yogi Yukteshwor explained to Yogananda about cosmic journey while in samadhi. You can also watch (in video ‘spiritual reality’ available in youtube) about the Cosmic journey in which you do not have limitation of space and time. Most wonderfully, as I know, in Oshodhara samadhi program presently conducted in India and Nepal(www. oshodhara.com), there is one session called ‘Amrit samadhi’, where an advanced seeker can leave his/her physical body for cosmic travel under the guaidence of the master. But in spiritual practices, the masters generally do not encourage to the disciples in these directions including other miracles.

haha perfect, a friend recently gifted me a copy of that book. Do you know where, off the top of your head, that part is in the book?
I have been teleported to the Valley of the Immortals several times. If you consider that in teleportation you already are where ever you can imagine… you are… there… it is moe an ability to SHIFT your FOCAL POINT and BE IT. The first few times I was taken in a lavender sphere with my teacher and swooch we were there. Then swooch we retruned. The whole idea of the creation of the LAVENDER VEHICLE is a tool for tranmigration and teleportation from different points of view. These things require a vibrational shift from point a to BE at point c… If you can IMAGINE IT… and HOLD the FOCUS of it… you are there… It is one tiny shift away.
Anything you can imagine is true… and already IS… you give your life force support to ALL THINGS you IMAGINE. This is the way to our future. No need for cars, trains, planes…. this will begin in 2012 when one of the viels are lifted… just like taking baby steps you will begin to do this… and one day.. it will be the NORMAL behavior for many.
It ALRAEDY IS a way of life for many… The moment you can conprehend it… it is available for you. It is more BEING there…. rather than LEARING HOW TO… IT IS holding the focus…. and swooch ….. you are there. I have used this method for years to study in great temples around the world. It Wordks anywhere you wish to be.

Anna-Mae, very cool. Is this something you do in meditation, in dreams, in physicality, when astrally projecting, or in some other way?
