Iisten guys, I have been the same as you, seeking madly for anything that would let me find the I that I am, but we keep overlooking the very basic fact of our existence, that is the only key you need, no disidentification games, forgivness,etc start where you are it is not difficult take 5 minutes sit down and ask yourself “Am I awake or am I asleep” the only answer is “yes I am awake” feel it feel yourself, that is you, you are aware of being, do not try to make it into something difficult, nothing special or fantastic will happen and yet you will realise, you are, you have always been right here you have never gone anywhere, only the thought of needing to find yourself has taken you into lalaland, say to yourself ” I am here” who else could be here, just you, nothing else and relax as you, of course because of habit u might have to remember to remember, that is all, you the feeling of you is the one thinking the one speaking the one experiencing and expressing itself through speech, thoughts, emotions and all the rest,no separation, nothing mystical, all that is needed is to stop and realise innocently “yes I am here”, do not bring imaginings or concepts into it just ur direct experience of yourSelf. Hey Anthony,

While it isn’t a must, often times unconditional forgiveness and gentleness does precede unconditional surrender, typically because we hear about forgiveness more than surrender. Nevertheless, the two go hand and hand quite intimately. They both support each other on very deep levels.

Instead of worrying about an order so much, just allow yourself to both forgive and surrender.

I have another question, its about forgiveness. Is it important to be able to always forgive unconditionally before someone starts to constantly surrender?
